What can I expect if I join this programme?

Expect the unexpected! There are no assignments, exams, or certificates.
We want you to go somewhere new by exploring your own potential. We will share
our personal stories and encourage you to do the same. The more you share and engage with us the more we can personalise a bespoke programme for you.

How does the programme work?

We run a set of 6 sessions that centre upon physical, mental and emotional well-being. We structure each of these to incorporate your feedback from the exercises we set and from the previous session. This ensures the programme remains as relevant and personally meaningful as possible and generates the momentum required for transformation to take place.
The sessions are delivered live, virtually over 6 consecutive weeks by Jonny & Sparks.

Question 3

How much time do I need to commit to the programme?

As a minimum we expect participants to attend the 6 initial sessions. The sessions last for 75 minutes and are mostly run in the evenings. In addition, there will be some weekly experiential exercises designed to work with the routine of your normal daily life, allowing participants to put into practice what is explored in the weekly sessions.

If you are ready for a journey into the unknown of who you really are, to face challenges head on and break cycles of habit and transcend limits then this may be of serious interest to you. If you are passionate about making the most out of life, about your performance or just want to connect more deeply to those you spend time with and teach then this may also be of serious interest to you.

Who is the programme for?

We'd love to say everyone as the NSPiRED mission is to focus us on taking responsibility for who we want to be and how we want to live our lives. However, right now we are devoting all our time to working with Teachers, Community Leaders and Sports Coaches or anyone who has influence over the next generation.

How will this benefit the students I work with?

We work with in the knowledge that 'Whatever it is that you want for others you must first possess yourself.’
By investing in your own physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and exploring new opportunities and different possibilities for the way life works, we know that we can take charge of our precious energy and attention and where we place it. When we are able to devote ourselves to what we really want like this and be fully present and there for others then amazing things can and will happen.

What is the cost of the programme?

NSPiRED is funded by The Jonny Wilkinson Foundation therefore there is no financial outlay. The only cost to you is a little bit of your time, some of your energy and hopefully your limits too.

What happens when the 6 sessions have finished?

Accepted Answer

We give you the opportunity of becoming part of the NSPiREDCommunity with regular catch-up meetings and larger scale events.
 
Our aim is to facilitate you, getting together with other participants, people who are already actively creating inspiring environments and sharing and networking in a space of inclusivity and a joint ambition.
